Where do you ship from? We produce & ship globally. With production facilities across Europe, the UK and the United States, your order is printed at the facility closest to you, meaning faster delivery, lower shipping costs, and a smaller carbon footprint. This is also great for you, since it means you won't have to pay any import fees if you're from the UK, EU or US, and get fast deliveries!
What paper quality do you use? All our prints are produced on premium museum-quality paper, sourced from Sweden. This means deep, accurate colours, a fine matte finish, and prints that hold their quality for decades without fading.
How do I choose the right size? A4 (21×30cm) is ideal for shelves, desks, and smaller wall spaces. A3 (30×42cm) works well above furniture or as part of a gallery wall. A2 (42×60cm) makes a strong statement in living rooms and hallways. A1 (60×84cm) is our largest format and works best on a prominent feature wall. If in doubt, go one size larger than you think — art almost always looks better bigger in person than it does on screen.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for most European destinations. For international destinations including the UAE, Canada & Australia, please allow 7–10 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS and include a tracking number sent by email.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping starts from €5. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged? Email us at hello@sada.gallery within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately, no questions asked. We inspect every order before dispatch but we take full responsibility if something goes wrong in transit.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination — see the shipping question above for estimated timeframes.
Can I return my order? We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us at hello@sada.gallery to initiate a return.
